Job Duties & Responsibilities: (please attach the job description, if available)
- Controlling the overall company cash flow in a periodical Monitoring for the progress of all Cash out & Cash In
- Preparing master and detailed time schedules and Monitoring/updating its progress. 3. Resources analysis and allocation.
- Material Procurement follows up to comply with time schedule requirements.
- Reviewing the rate of progress and identifying any issue or obstacle hindering the progress of work and propose.
- Budgeting, preparing expected cash flow allover projects period & executing all the cost control functions.
- Handling Technical Correspondence, change orders, claim submittals & Subcontractors monthly payments review.
- Attending progressive meetings & reporting the minutes of meeting with the main parties to follow the procedures.
- Presenting different periodical reports to the General Manager.
- Recommending and implementing necessary measure and/or recovery plans to ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Track actual costs versus budgeted costs, recommend cost reduction and control measures.
Job Specification:
- Civil Engineering Degree, having 5 to 8 years experience in cost control and knowledge of computer based tools, (Microsoft, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) be familiar with cost probabilistic, associated software, contract control, reporting requirements and with both project cost & budgeting procedures
